(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter other than sections
5-01-1000,
5-01-1005, and Article 7, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section
125 of this Ordinance Code.
(b) Any person violating any of the provisions of sections
5-01-1000 and
5-01-1005 of this Chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable as provided in section
125 of this Ordinance Code.
(c) Violations of Article 7 of this Chapter, including section
5-01-1215, shall be punishable as provided in Article 7 of this Chapter.
