A. 
The administrative department shall:
1. 
Oversee, direct and coordinate the recording, reporting, and execution of all financial matters for the municipality;
2. 
Prepare and submit annual budgets;
3. 
Administer the Mesilla Field Office for the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles;
4. 
Provide administrative and clerical assistance as available and necessary to other municipal departments;
5. 
Provide administrative and clerical assistance as available and necessary to municipal boards and commissioners; and
6. 
Keep a compilation of all municipal job descriptions.
B. 
The administrative department shall administer all municipal functions not delegated to any other department.
