§ 2.65.010 Municipal election code adopted. The “Municipal Election Code” (NMSA 1978 Articles 3-8-1 et seq., 3-9-1 et seq.) in its entirety, as amended, be and the same is hereby adopted as the municipal election code for the town of Mesilla.(Prior code § 6-1-1; Ord. 92-02 § 1)
