The district hereby adopts the Western Municipal Water District dental plan ("dental plan") effective March 1, 2009.
The Western Municipal Water District hereby authorizes Benefit Coordinators Corporation or his/her designee to duly execute the dental plan document on behalf of the district. The board further authorizes Benefit Coordinators Corporation or his/her designee to execute future amendments to the dental plan that contain only nonsubstantive and/or administrative changes to the dental plan.
