A. 
The wholesale enterprise water rate for downhill deliveries for fiscal year 2023-2024 shall be $1,152 per acre-foot.
B. 
The water rate for uphill deliveries will match the published Metropolitan Water District Tier 1 treated rate currently in effect at the time of delivery.
