A. 
Water deliveries to Norco and Corona from the Arlington Desalter will be billed at the rate of $1,168 per acre-foot;
B. 
Twenty-six dollars and fifty cents ($26.50) of the $1,168 per acre-foot will be used to fund an asset replacement reserve;
C. 
Norco has agreed to purchase a minimum of 4,400 acre-feet of Arlington Desalter water, if available, from Western in fiscal year 2022-2023;
D. 
Any net surplus generated will be credited in proportion to the water delivered to each customer during the fiscal year.

A. 
The Combined Desalter Enterprise Program water rate for downhill deliveries for fiscal year 2024-2025 shall be $1,211 per acre-foot.
B. 
The water rate for uphill deliveries will match the published Metropolitan Water District Tier 1 treated rate currently in effect at the time of delivery.
