(a) 
The hazardous or endangered areas referred to in Section 18.27.010, in which no person shall climb or trespass, are those areas designated as hazardous or endangered by the city police department, with the approval of the city manager.
(b) 
Once so designated, such hazardous or endangered areas shall be clearly posted as hazardous or endangered areas within which climbing or trespassing by any person is prohibited.
