A.
Ameren Missouri shall advise the City of Pevely on a monthly basis, in writing, when there is a change of user of residential or non-residential electric services within the City. The reports shall be provided to the City of Pevely within seven (7) working days after the end of each month, indicating the address and apartment or unit number and the name(s) in which such service is connected or billed.
B.
Ameren Missouri shall submit annually to the City and invoice for its cost associated with this Section. The initial cost of this service shall not exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). Future price increases, if any, will only reflect the actual cost incurred by Ameren Missouri to provide this service. The City shall pay to Ameren Missouri the amount of the invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt.
