Section 101.1 is amended to read:
Title. These regulations shall be known as the California Wildland-Urban Interface Code of the City of Livermore, hereinafter referred to as “this code.” |

The 2024 International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (IWUIC) adopted in this chapter by reference is amended by the following additions, deletions and amendments thereto as set forth in this chapter. Reference numbers herein are taken from the 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code.

Section 103.1 is amended to read:
103.1 Creation of agency. The Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department is hereby created and the official in charge thereof shall be known as the fire code official. The function of the agency shall be the implementation, administration and enforcement of the provisions of this code. |
