Except as otherwise required by this code, including but not limited to other provisions of Title 5, no business license or fee is required by the City of Yucaipa.

The city manager or their designee shall administer the business licensees or fees otherwise set forth by this code, including but not limited to other provisions of Title 5.

The position of collector previously established by Ordinance No. 101 shall mean "the city manager or the city manager's designee" for the purpose of other provisions of Title 5.
