A residential facility, other than a community care facility, operated by a provider that provides temporary accommodations to homeless persons with low income. The conversion of an existing business, whether or not it is a Sexually-Oriented Business, to any Sexually-Oriented Business; or
The addition of any Sexually-Oriented Business to any other existing Sexually-Oriented Business; or to another existing non-Sexually-Oriented Business, with or without expansion of floor area; or
The relocation of any Sexually-Oriented Business; or
The expansion or enlargement of the premises by ten (10) percent or more of the existing floor area as originally approved by the City’s Building Official.
