To prevent scattering of solid waste and debris, all persons transporting solid waste, debris or recyclable materials to the solid waste facility must secure the load with a tarp, wire mesh or some other means which secures the material from blowing or falling out of the vehicle.

Any person entering the landfill (solid waste facility) without complying with WMC § 8.10.010 shall be assessed a surcharge as follows:
(a) 
Cars, pickups (three-quarter-ton or less) and small trailers: $10.00.
(b) 
All other vehicles, including large trailers: $50.00. The surcharge is in addition to any other fees assessed for using the landfill.
