The low density suburban residential district (LDSR) is established to provide an alternate zoning for residential areas designed with lots large enough to provide for:
(a)
The possibility for on-site storm water retention.
(b)
Off-street parking.
(c)
The possibility for on-site sewage disposal.
(d)
Access driveways with drainage culverts, thereby eliminating the need for curb and gutter and wider streets with on-street parking.
