(a)
Any structure permitted that is three (3) or more stories in height or results in a building floor with conditioned space above the height of 30 feet or any building higher than 45 feet tall shall be subject to the City's adopted Resolution No. 2024-53 pertaining to the fair share cost and ongoing funding of an aerial ladder truck, as required by the General Plan.
(b)
The maximum structural height development standards established by the land use districts may be increased as specified by this chapter, provided such increase does not conflict with airport safety regulations or approved conditions of approval.
(c)
A shade and shadow analysis may be required to assess the impacts on surrounding properties.
