The entire city is declared to be and is established as a fire district. The fire district shall be known and designated as Fire Zones No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, and the fire zones shall include the portions of the city of Omak as shown on the official zoning map of the city, and set forth in Sections 14.04.020 through 14.04.040.

Fire Zone No. 1 includes the central commercial district (C2), the general commercial district (C3), and the general industrial district (M1).
