§ 2.04.010 Regular meetings – Date – Time – Where held.

Regular meetings of the city council of Omak shall be held on the first and third Monday of each month at the hour of seven p.m. in the council chambers in the City Hall of the city of Omak, Okanogan County, Washington.

§ 2.04.030 Notice – Compliance with state law.

The meeting dates set forth in Sections 2.04.010 and 2.04.020 are set to comply with Chapter 42.32 RCW, wherein it is prescribed that notice of such meetings must be given. The passage, publication and effect of this chapter being placed upon the records and becoming a law of the city of Omak shall be deemed the notice as prescribed in Chapter 42.32 RCW, and no other notice for the regular and special meetings shall hereafter be necessary.
