All vehicles which transport any explosive, flammable, corrosive, gaseous, poisonous or noxious substances, radioactive materials, or any other harmful or hazardous matter, are prohibited from extended parking within the city limits of San Juan Bautista except for ordinary business deliveries.
Extended parking includes any parking of a vehicle transporting the substances or matters listed herein for a period beyond that necessary for delivery of such substance or matter and, in particular, includes any overnight parking.
Nothing in this Chapter shall prohibit any such parking in a zone which permits such use.
Violation of this Chapter constitutes an infraction as provided in the California Vehicle Code Division 17.
