(A)
Parking of mobile homes, trailers and recreational vehicles on any lot or street or other public place, in the City of San Juan Bautista, other than in a licensed mobile home park, is prohibited, excepting however, that this shall not prevent the owner of such a vehicle from parking the same at his residence when the same is not in use, and further excepting that this Chapter shall not be construed to apply to any mobile home or trailer park now in the City of San Juan Bautista;
(B)
The Chief of Police or the City Council may issue a temporary permit for a period not to exceed seven (7) days to any individual, organization, or group for the temporary parking of recreational vehicles, in any zoning district. If such permit concerns City-owned property, such permit may provide for a deposit by such organization or group in an amount to insure adequate cleaning and repair of the premises at the termination of such permit, and shall assign the responsibility for such cleaning and repair specifically to the permittee;
(C)
In any district, the wheels or any similar transporting devices of any mobile home, trailer or camp car, shall not be removed, except for repairs, nor shall such mobile home, trailer or camp car be otherwise permanently fixed to the ground by any person, firm or corporation in a manner that would prevent ready removal of mobile home, trailer or camp car; and
(D)
Sanitary regulations prescribed by the State, City and/or County, together with all amendments thereto subsequently adopted and as may otherwise be required by law, shall be complied with.
