(1)
Community garden.
(a)
The name and contact information of the person or organization listed as the responsible party shall be clearly posted and maintained for the duration of the existence of the Community Garden.
(b)
Accessory structures shall be limited in gross floor area to ten (10) percent of the lot or parcel used for the Community Garden, shall have a maximum height of twelve (12) feet including any pitched roof, and shall be limited to the following accessory structure types:
(c)
All compost and/or organic matter on the site:
1.
Shall not cover more than ten (10) percent of the total area of the property;
2.
Shall be screened from view from adjacent property and the public right-of-way;
3.
Shall be managed to prevent the harborage of rodents and pests;
4.
Shall be maintained to prevent odors; and
5.
Shall be located to prevent leachate from flowing onto adjacent property or into natural or human-made storm channels.
(d)
The site shall be designed and maintained to prevent water from irrigation and/or other activities and/or fertilizer from draining onto adjacent property.
(e)
Trash areas shall be provided and screened from view from adjacent property and the public right-of-way.
(2)
Solar energy collection, farm.
(a)
No solar farm shall be erected on any lot less than four (4) acres in size.
(b)
A certified professional engineer shall certify that the foundation and design on the solar panels are within accepted professional standards, given local soil and climate conditions.
(c)
Power and communication lines running between banks of solar panels and to electric substations or interconnections with buildings shall be buried underground.
(d)
Systems, equipment, and structures shall not exceed thirty (30) feet in height when ground mounted.
(e)
Ground-mounted solar energy collection systems as part of a solar farm shall have a minimum setback for all equipment, excluding fences, of:

Systems equipment and structures shall be fully enclosed and secured by a fence or wall with a height of eight (8) feet. Knox boxes and keys shall be provided at locked entrances for emergency personnel access.
(3)
Urban agriculture, outdoor.
(a)
Shall be limited to the raising and/or use of animals at an intensity of one (1) animal unit per acre.
(b)
Shall not be located in, or adjacent to, an existing or platted residential subdivision.
(c)
All buildings, structures, outdoor storage areas, and outdoor animal containments shall be located a minimum of three hundred (300) feet from all residentially zoned property and one hundred (100) feet from all other lot lines.
(d)
Shall be located in an area which is planned to remain commercially viable for agricultural land uses.
