There is herewith created a position of building official/building inspector in the town of Concrete. Said official’s duties will be to administer and enforce the provisions of the building codes of the town of Concrete, administer checklist to ensure compliance with the zoning ordinances, and such other duties as may be assigned to the building official/building inspector from time to time.
