Town of Concrete, WA Chapter 12.08 HIGHWAY ACCESS MANAGEMENT

§ 12.08.010 Adoption by reference – Regulation.

Chapter 47.50 RCW is hereby adopted by reference to provide for the regulation and control of vehicular access and connection points of ingress to, and egress from, the state highway system within the incorporated area of the town of Concrete.

§ 12.08.020 Adoption by reference – Implementation.

Pursuant to the requirements and authority of Chapter 47.50 RCW, there is hereby adopted by reference the provisions of Chapter 468-51 WAC and Chapter 468-52 WAC, together with all future amendments, in order to implement the requirements of Chapter 47.50 RCW.
