All streets and portions of streets in the town of Concrete running east and west, lying west of the Baker River, shall be prefixed by the designation “West.”

All houses, buildings and premises on the north and east sides of streets, shall bear odd numbers; and all houses on the south and west sides of streets, shall bear even numbers.

The town clerk shall prepare a map on which shall be kept a record of the numbers of all premises within the town, and any person occupying or building a new structure, may apply to the clerk and receive a number for such structure or premises from her.
