Each and every property owner within the town limits of the town of Concrete shall obtain and display an identification number on the principal building occupying each individual parcel of property owned by a property owner. Such identification numbers shall be prominently displayed and visible during daylight hours from the closest street to the property or from the street towards which the building faces.

Each property owner shall within 120 days from the date of the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter affix the number assigned to the property owned by the property owner on the building to comply with CMC § 12.16.010.

Each property owner within the town of Concrete constructing a new building after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall within 120 days next succeeding the completion of the construction of the building affix the identification number assigned to the building by the fire chief on the building.
Any intentional or willful violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and the person convicted of any violation thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100.00.
