The city manager or his designee is authorized to transfer the revenue collected and deposited into the general fund from the affordable and supportive housing sales tax to the affordable and supportive housing fund in the amount of $107,651.05 plus accrued interests of $1,586.21. All future receipts from the affordable and supportive housing sales tax shall be placed in the affordable and supportive housing fund and shall be used only for the purposes authorized by statute.
