A. 
The fee to be paid to the Board of Health for issuing certified copies of birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates, domestic partnership and civil union certificates shall be $10 per certificate.
B. 
The fee to be paid to the Board of Health for issuing a certification of a certified copy of a birth, death, marriage, remarriage, domestic partnership or civil union certification shall be $10 per certificate.
C. 
The fee to be paid to the Board of Health for issuing a correction of a certified copy of a birth, death, marriage, remarriage, domestic partnership or civil union certificate shall be $10 per each correction.
The above fee shall not apply to certificates provided to a state or federal government agency, which agency shall be provided certified copies at no cost.
