Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersections of those streets described in § 217-36 of this chapter.
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle at a rate of speed faster than 30 miles per hour within the village unless otherwise posted.
The streets or parts of streets described in § 217-38 of this Chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in § 217-39 of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right or all) at any of the locations described in § 217-40 of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in § 217-41 of this chapter.
The intersections described in § 217-42 of this chapter are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in § 217-43 of this chapter are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in § 217-44 of this chapter are hereby designated as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as indicated.
A.
A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in § 217-45.
B.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby excluded from all streets except those streets listed in § 217-45, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the streets from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.
