[The personnel policies of the City of Hudson are covered generally
by the current memoranda of agreement between the City of Hudson and the several
collective bargaining units representing City employees. The provisions of
the current memoranda of agreement are recognized by the Charter of the City
of Hudson to be controlling, any conflicting provisions of the Charter or
any other legislation or regulations of the City notwithstanding. (See §§ C20-2
and C31-2 of the Charter of the City of Hudson.) Vacation and sick leave policies
are also as set forth in the current memoranda of agreement with the respective
collective bargaining units. The current memoranda of agreement are available
for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.]
