In order to continue to uphold the objectives of the several urban renewal
plans adopted by the City of Hudson, no building or premises located in such
urban renewal areas shall be erected, altered or used, except in accordance
with the standards set forth in such urban renewal plans incorporated by reference
herein; nor shall any person fail to comply, within 10 days after written
notice of violation from the Hudson Community Development and Planning Agency,
with the property rehabilitation standards of such plan.
All urban renewal plans adopted by the City in conformity with the General
Municipal Law of the State of New York shall be incorporated by reference
herein.
