This schedule is complemented, as appropriate, by other provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to the supplementary regulations set forth in Article V, the special permit use standards set forth in Article VI and the site plan review and approval requirements set forth in Article VII.
Only those uses specifically listed as a permitted,
special permit or accessory use within the attached schedule[2] shall be permissible uses as prescribed in this chapter;
any other use is prohibited.
All permitted or special permit uses, either principal or accessory, noted with an asterisk (*) require site plan review and approval by the Town Planning Board in accordance with the aforementioned Article VII prior to the issuance of either a building permit or certificate of occupancy.
