A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person within the confines of the Township of Lower Moreland to carry firearms or a bow and arrow unless such person is in compliance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6101 et seq., or unless such person is in compliance with the Pennsylvania Game Law, 34 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.

B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person within the Township of Lower Moreland knowingly and willfully to sell or cause to be sold to any person under the age of 18 years any rifle, air rifle, air gun, pistol or firearm of any description.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years, unless acting under the supervision of and in the presence of his or her parent or guardian within the Township of Lower Moreland, to purchase or possess any pellets or shot for an air gun or ammunition for a rifle or other firearm.
D. 
It shall be unlawful for any person within the Township of Lower Moreland to sell, furnish or give any pellets or shot for an air gun or ammunition for a rifle or other firearm to any person under 18 years of age, unless such minor receiving such shot, pellets or ammunition shall be accompanied by and shall act under the supervision of his or her parent or guardian.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
