This chapter shall be known as "Chapter 225 of the Code of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, Establishing a Planning Board and a Zoning Board of Adjustment Pursuant to the Provisions of c. 291,[1] Providing for the Powers of Said Boards, Fixing Procedures Governing Applications to Said Boards and Appeals Therefrom and Providing for Land Development and Site Plan Requirements."

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment, to fix procedures governing applications to the Boards and appeals therefrom and to provide for the continuance of existing ordinances pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1975, c. 291.[1]
