B. The Superintendent of Public Works, Department of Public Works employees, Parking Monitor, Village Code Enforcement Officer, Village Building Inspector and Village Fire Marshal are hereby designated public servants, authorized by law to issue appearance tickets regarding alleged violations of the provisions and requirements of Chapter

[Amended 7-12-2005 by L.L. No. 3-2005]
C. The authorizations as set forth above are granted pursuant
to § 150.10 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York.
The term "appearance ticket" as used in this section shall have the same meaning
as provided in § 150.10, and the procedure governing the use of
appearance tickets shall conform in all respects to the procedures set forth
in Article 150 of the Criminal Procedure Law and other applicable articles

ordinance, rule or regulation of said village as may be provided by law.
The foregoing authorization is in addition to any and all authorizations
heretofore or hereafter given. Any inconsistencies shall be construed in favor
of liberal and additional authorization to issue appearance tickets.
