During the period from May 15 through September 15 in each year, no person shall park or stand any motor vehicle in or upon the parking areas described in §
86-11 above unless there shall be displayed on said motor vehicle a valid permit issued pursuant to §
86-7 of this chapter, the intent being that only such persons as have a permit to use the municipal bathing facility and parking area shall be permitted to use the parking areas described in §
86-11 above. No parking in or upon the parking areas described in §
86-11 or any parking area designed for use in connection with said municipal bathing beach, from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., year-round.

A. Any person who violates this article or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Article
II of Chapter
1 of the Code of the Village of Southampton.
C. In addition thereto, the Village police may cause any vehicle which
is parked in violation of this article to be removed to a suitable
place, and the expenses of such removal (the cost of such removal
may be fixed by resolution of the Board of Trustees from time to time),
together with reasonable charges for storage, shall be paid by the
owner or operator of such vehicle.
