A. 
Wherever a space shall be marked off on any highway for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle there parked shall be parked within the lines bounding such spaces.
B. 
No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any highway for the principal purpose of washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except such repairs as are necessitated by an emergency.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or operate any vehicle on any highway for the primary purpose of advertising.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof as posted by the Borough.[1]

No person shall park a vehicle upon any Borough street between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., prevailing local time, and/or during snow removal times.
