There is hereby established a Department of Administration as the executive department of the Borough of Middletown, which shall consist of the Borough Manager, Borough Secretary, Code Enforcement Officer and such other employees as are assigned to the Department by the Borough Manager.
In addition to the duties provided for the Borough Manager and the Borough Secretary by the Code of the Borough of Middletown and by the Pennsylvania Borough Code, the Department of Administration shall be responsible for providing support services, clerical services and such other office-related duties as needed at the direction of the Borough Manager.
The Borough Manager shall be the Director of the Department of Administration.
All real and personal property of the Borough of Middletown not assigned to some other department of the Borough shall be and is hereby assigned to the Department of Administration.
The Department of Administration shall have such employees as may, from time to time, be hired by the Borough Manager.
