The commission to be paid to the Tax Collector for the collection of Springettsbury Township real estate taxes shall be as follows:
A. 
For all taxes collected in a calendar year, a commission of 1%, which commission shall include reimbursement for postage and printing as mandated under the Local Tax Collection Law, 72 P.S. § 5511.1 et seq., as amended.

B. 
For all taxes collected in a calendar year in excess of $120,000, a commission of 1/2%.

Springettsbury Township herein imposes a service fee established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, to be assessed to each person, firm or corporation requesting a certification as to the payment status of real estate taxes or a delinquent tax statement from the Township Tax Collector's Office.
