A. 
Violation of § 124-26. Any person who shall violate any provision of § 124-26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be subject to the fines, penalties and other provisions in Chapter 113.
B. 
Written notice of violation. Any person found to be violating any provision of the foregoing articles of this chapter, other than § 124-26, shall be served by the Village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a maximum of 10 days for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease and/or correct all violations.
C. 
Continued violation. Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in the notice referred to in Subsection B herein shall be guilty of a violation and, on conviction thereof, shall be subject to the fines, penalties and other provisions in Chapter 113.
D. 
Civil liability. Any person violating any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the Village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the Village by reason of such violation, including but not limited to attorney's fees incurred by the Village to correct or enjoin the violation.
