The Zoning Inspector of the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park is
hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets pursuant to Article
150 of the Criminal Procedure Law in cases relating to violation of any provision
of village law, ordinance, rule or regulation which the Zoning Inspector is
authorized to enforce or which is within his jurisdiction.
