A. 
The Council of Lower Saucon Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, hereby authorizes and agrees to enter into an Intermunicipal Cooperation Agreement for Special Police Services with the Borough of Hellertown and Saucon Valley School District.
B. 
The agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A.[1]
