A. Parking restricted on Church Street. It shall be a
misdemeanor for any person in charge of a motor vehicle to allow it
to stand in the manner generally referred to as parking (except trucks
during the process of loading and unloading), in the Town of Selbyville
on the south side of Church Street between Main Street and Delaware
Route No. 113 (also known as the DuPont Highway) at any time. However,
parking on north side of Church Street will be permitted in front
of the post office for 15 minutes on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.
B. Parking restricted on Church Avenue. Parking restricted
on Church Avenue in said town from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for distance
of 120 feet on both east and west side of Church Avenue. (This is
not intended to apply to any church activities.).
C. Parking restricted on North Main Street. It shall
be a misdemeanor for any person in charge of a motor vehicle to allow
it to stand in the manner generally referred to as parking (except
trucks during process of loading and unloading) in the Town of Selbyville
on the East Side of North Main Street, between Church Street and Cemetary
Road (also known as Route 377) at any time.
D. Parking restricted on McCabe Street. Parking prohibited
on the south side of McCabe Street from Railroad Avenue to Main Street.
E. Parking restricted on McCabe Street. Parking prohibited
on the south side of McCabe Street from Main Street to Hall Street.
F. Parking restricted on Dukes Street. Parking prohibited
on the north side of Dukes Street from Railroad Avenue to Main Street.
G. Parking restricted on Hosier Street. Parking prohibited
on the south side of Hosier Street from Dupont Boulevard to Main Street.
H. Parking restricted on Williams Street. Parking prohibited
on the east side of Williams Street north of Bethany Road.
I. Parking restricted on Williams Street. Parking prohibited
on the west side of Williams Street south of Bethany Road.
J. Parking
restricted on Lighthouse Road. Parking prohibited on both sides of
Lighthouse Road within 720 feet of the corner of Lighthouse Road where
it intersects with South Main Street.

Penalty for commission of the aforesaid misdemeanors
shall be fined $10 plus costs, including Town Attorney fees and Victim's
Compensation Fund Assessment.
