All stores, establishments or places of business engaged in the direct sale to the public of merchandise and food provisions primarily for consumption off the premises, located within 500 feet of any residential zone in the Borough of Shrewsbury, shall be closed to the public, and the business therein, together with all deliveries to said premises, shall be and is hereby prohibited before the hour of 6:00 a.m. and after the hour of 10:00 p.m. on all days.
A. 
No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer to sell directly to the public, in any store, establishment or place of business located within 500 feet of any residential zone in the Borough of Shrewsbury, any merchandise or food provisions primarily for consumption off the premises before the hour of 6:00 a.m. or after the hour of 10:00 p.m. of any day.
B. 
All deliveries to said premises shall be prohibited before the hour of 6:00 a.m. and after the hour of 10:00 p.m. of any day.
C. 
No deliveries to or pickups from said premises, except by governmental agents, servants or employees, shall be made between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., prevailing time.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,250, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof. Each day upon which any such violation shall occur shall be deemed a separate offense.
