As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The occupying or marching on any street of the Town of New Hartford, to the exclusion or interruption of other citizens and their individual right and use thereof.
A duly executed application, in writing, on a form furnished by the Town Clerk of the Town of New Hartford shall be submitted to the Police Chief of the Town of New Hartford at least seven business days prior to the parade or procession activity.
Such application must secure the approval of the Police Chief by his duly authorized signature affixed thereto.

The license fee is hereby established at $25, unless otherwise determined by the New Hartford Town Board.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall be fined a sum not to exceed $250 for each violation.
