As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
FOUNDATION
A permanent mobile home foundation shall be capable of sustaining
safely the weight to which it will be subjected without undue differential
settlement, unsafe deformation or movement of the mobile home caused by freezing
and thawing, dampness, corrosion, wetting and drying, and termites and other
destructive insects. Minimum shall be a four-inch-thick reinforced concrete
slab with a skirt, both equal in length and width of the mobile home. Anchors
and tie-downs shall be placed at least as necessary to meet the manufacturer's
recommended standards.
MOBILE HOME
Any vehicle, including a recreational vehicle and camping trailer,
house trailer or any other type of portable thing on wheels, skids, or rollers
set on either a temporary or permanent foundation, whether propelled by its
own power or otherwise, which may be configured for living or sleeping purposes,
or such other thing not classified as a premanufactured home as defined herein.

MOBILE HOME LOT
A parcel of land within a mobile home park for the placement of a
single mobile home and the exclusive use of its occupants.
MOBILE HOME PARK
Any premises on which are parked or placed one or more mobile homes
or any premises used or held out for the purposes of supplying to the public
a parking space for one or more such mobile homes.

MOBILE HOME SALES LOT
Any premises on which one or more mobile homes, new or used, are
parked for the purpose of inspection or sale.

MOBILE HOME STAND
That part of an individual lot which has been reserved for the placement
of the mobile home, appurtenant structures or additions.
PERSON
Any individual, firm, trust, partnership, public or private association
or corporation, or other entity.
PREMANUFACTURED HOME
A premanufactured home or prefabricated home or structure which is
transported and/or delivered in sections or parts shall not be considered
a mobile home, provided that it is installed on a permanent masonry or concrete
home-type foundation wall, that the home/structure meets all state code requirements
for a single-family residence, and that the livable floor area shall be a
minimum of 1,200 square feet.

SERVICE BUILDING
A structure housing sanitary, operational, office, recreational,
maintenance and other facilities built to conform to required standards.
SEWER CONNECTION
Pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the drain outlet of the mobile
home to the inlet of the corresponding sewer riser pipe of the sewer system
serving the mobile home park.
SEWER RISER PIPE
That portion of the sewer lateral which extends vertically to the
ground elevation and terminates at a designated point at each mobile home
lot.
WATER CONNECTION
All pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the water riser pipe to
the water inlet pipe of the distribution system within the mobile home.
WATER RISER PIPE
That portion of the water service pipe which extends vertically to
the ground elevation and terminates at a designated point at each mobile home
lot.
WATER SERVICE PIPE
Consists of all pipes, fittings, valves and appurtenances from the
water main of the park distribution system to the water outlet of the distribution
system within the mobile home.
