A mobile home sales lot shall consist of a minimum of 80,000 square
feet and a minimum width of 200 feet.

Mobile homes parked and/or exhibited for sale shall be set back 100
feet measured from the right-of-way line of any public street and at least
50 feet from all other property lines and at least 50 feet from any existing
mobile homes.

A minimum distance between parked, nonoccupied mobile homes of 20 feet
shall be maintained.

Adequate off-street parking areas shall be provided and designated,
which shall be set back at least 25 feet from any right-of-way line of any
public street or highway, and adequate parking of at least one off-street
parking space for each four mobile home sales spaces shall be available. Layout
shall be subject to Planning Board approval.
Sign use and installation shall be regulated by the provisions of Chapter
300, Zoning.
A mobile home sales lot maintained in connection with a mobile home
park shall adhere to the requirements of this article in addition to the provisions
contained in this chapter relating to a mobile home park, subject to Planning
Board approval.
