Lake Road, either side: at the Windsor Hills Association
Beach area in Beaver Dam for a distance of 300 feet, which would be
200 feet north of Central Hudson Pole No. 46802 and 100 feet south
of Central Hudson Pole No. 46802.
Cedar Lane, south side: commencing at the intersection
with State Route 94 for a distance of 823 feet easterly to the intersection
with Farmstead Road.

Sloan Road, west side: for a distance of 300 feet
northerly from the northerly line of Temple Hill Road and on the easterly
side of Sloan Road for a distance of 350 feet northerly from the northerly
line of Temple Hill Road.
Cedar Avenue, west side: for a distance of 960 feet
in a northerly direction from a point that is 50 feet south of Central
Hudson Pole No. 34237, said area extending to opposite Central Hudson
Pole No. 34242.

San Giacomo Drive, west side: from its intersection
with Union Avenue, north for a distance of 590 feet; east side: from
its intersection with Union Avenue, north for a distance of 650 feet.

Cedar Avenue, east side: from a point 50 feet south
of the intersection of the southerly side of Sunset Drive with the
easterly side of Cedar Avenue and extending in a northerly direction
to the intersection of the southerly side of Hill Top Drive.
West side: from the intersection of Route 32
north for a distance of 500 feet; then, from the second intersection
of Vails Gate Heights Drive South for a distance of 100 feet.
Buttermilk Drive. Starting at Caesar's Lane
and traveling generally in a southwesterly direction, parking will
be restricted along the left-hand side of the road from Caesar's Lane
to the intersection of Buttermilk Drive and Creamery Drive.
Creamery Drive. Parking will be restricted along
Creamery Drive from the most northerly intersection of Creamery Drive
and Buttermilk Drive traveling generally in a southwesterly direction
along the right-hand side of Creamery Drive to the terminus of Creamery
Drive at its cul-de-sac located approximately 200 feet westerly of
the intersection with Shaker Court.
Butterhill Drive. Parking will be restricted
along the left-hand side of Butterhill Drive from the intersection
of Route 94 traveling in a southerly direction to the intersection
of Creamery Drive.
Guernsey Drive. Parking will be restricted along
Guernsey Drive traveling generally in a northerly and northwesterly
direction from the intersection of Creamery Drive to Buttermilk Drive
across Butterhill Drive in a westerly direction to the intersection
of Jersey Court, past Jersey Court in a circular direction back to
the intersection of Guernsey Drive.
Butternut Drive. Parking will be restricted
along the left-hand side of Butternut Drive traveling from the intersection
of Forge Hill Road generally in a northeasterly direction to the intersection
of Guernsey Drive.
Shaker Court. Parking will be restricted along
the right-hand side of Shaker Court traveling generally in a southwesterly
direction from Creamery Drive to the terminus of Shaker Court at the
cul-de-sac.
Shaker Court North. Parking will be restricted
along Shaker Court North on the right-hand side traveling from Shaker
Court in a westerly direction to the terminus of Shaker Court North
at the cul-de-sac.
Jersey Court. Parking will be restricted along
the left-hand side of Jersey Court traveling in a westerly direction
from Guernsey Drive to the terminus of Jersey Court at the cul-de-sac.
Dairy Lane. Parking will be restricted on the
right-hand side of Dairy Lane traveling from the most westerly intersection
with Guernsey Drive in a northwesterly direction to the most northerly
intersection of Dairy Lane and Guernsey Drive.
Custard Court. Parking will be restricted on
the left-hand side of Custard Court traveling in a southerly direction
from the intersection with Creamery Drive to the terminus of Custard
Court at the cul-de-sac.
Columbus Street, south side: from a point beginning
400 feet from its intersection with Route 9W and continuing along
in an easterly direction to the intersection with Plympton Street.
Plympton Street, west side: from its intersection
with Columbus Street and continuing along in a southerly direction
to the intersection with Ledyard Street.
Old Forge Hill Road, in front of Vails Gate School
from Route 32, for a length of 650 feet to the intersection of Old
Forge Hill Road and Vails Gate Heights Drive.
Old Forge Hill Road: in a northwesterly direction
for a distance of 1,700 feet from its intersection with New York State
Route 32 along the northeasterly side of the road, and in an arc of
320 feet on the southwesterly side of the road from driveway to driveway
of Southgate Village Apartments at the most northwesterly point of
said road.
Broad Street: commencing at the intersection of Quassaick Avenue
(aka New York State Route 94), a distance of 230 feet, on both the
east and west sides of Broad Street.
Epiphany Drive: commencing 100 feet south of the intersection
of Ethan Allen Drive (private road), heading in a north-northwesterly
direction, on both the east and west sides of Epiphany Drive, to its
terminus, and including the cul-de-sac.
Browning Road: commencing at the intersection of Union Avenue
(aka County Route 69), heading in a northerly direction, a distance
of 150 feet on both the east and west sides of the road.
Raz Avenue: commencing at the intersection of Reed Street, and
continuing on both the east and west sides of Raz Avenue to its terminus,
including the cul-de-sac.
John Paul Jones Lane: commencing at the intersection of Panorama
Drive and continuing along both the northeast and southwest sides
of the road, a distance of 100 feet to the terminus of John Paul Jones
Lane.
Red Coat Drive: commencing at the intersection of Molly Pitcher
Drive and heading in a northerly direction, a distance of 175 feet,
on both the east and west sides of Red Coat Drive.
Pioneer Trail: commencing at the intersection of Settlers Ridge
and heading in a southerly direction, a distance of 100 feet, on both
the east and west sides of Pioneer Trail.
Liberty Ridge: commencing at the intersection of Independence
Drive and heading in an easterly direction, a distance of 275 feet,
on both the northwest and southwest sides of Liberty Ridge.
Independence Drive: commencing at the intersection of Liberty
Ridge and heading in an easterly direction, a distance of 200 feet,
on both the north and south sides of Independence Drive.
Mt. Airy Road: commencing at the intersection of Dean Hill Road
and heading in a northwesterly direction, for a distance of 2,150
feet, on both the northwest and southeast sides of Mt. Airy Road.
Butternut Drive: commencing at the intersection of Forge Hill
Road (aka County Route 74), in a northeasterly direction, a distance
of 600 feet, on both the east and west sides of Butternut Drive.
Farmstead
Road, north side: commencing 25 feet east of the intersection with
Cedar Lane for a distance of 389 feet easterly terminating at the
intersection with Barclay Road. South side: commencing at the intersection
with Cedar Lane for a distance of 95 feet easterly and terminating.
Walnut Street: no parking on the
south side of Walnut Street East, from the intersection with MacArthur
Avenue beginning at the center line of MacArthur Avenue and continuing
for a distance of 75 feet.
The parking or standing of any vehicle or motorized
machine, regardless of nature (except emergency vehicles or equipment),
on any street or road in the Town of New Windsor or upon any right-of-way
in the Town of New Windsor, while said vehicle or motorized machine
has its engine running, shall be prohibited for a period in excess
of two hours unless said vehicle or motorized machine is attended
by an operator.

Vehicles are hereby prohibited from standing
at any of the following locations:
On Beattie Road, from the intersection of Route 207
extending on the west side for a distance of 470 feet, extending on
the east side of the intersection of Liberty Drive, for the period
from October 1 through December 31.
The parking or standing of vehicles on any Town road
or street is hereby prohibited at any time after there has been a
snowfall of two inches or more, until such time as the street or road
has been plowed.
Any vehicle which shall be parked on any Town road
or street, after there has been a snowfall of two inches or more and
before said street or road has been plowed, may be removed and stored
by the Chief of Police if he deems such removal advisable for public
safety or convenience.

Any vehicle so removed and stored shall be deemed an abandoned vehicle and, as such, subject to the provisions of Chapter 276, Vehicles, Abandoned and Junked, of this Code.
