The following roads shall have a speed limit of 40
miles per hour on the entire length of the road:

The following roads shall have a speed limit of 40
miles per hour except as noted below:
(1)
Beattie Road: 30 miles per hour on Beattie Road between
the Hamptonburgh - New Windsor Town line and 0.5 mile to the northeast,
a distance of 0.5 mile.
(2)
Station Road: 30 miles per hour on Station Road between
Church Street and 0.2 mile south of Church Street, a distance of 0.2
mile.
(3)
Riley Road: 30 miles per hour on Riley Road on the
southerly 0.2 mile section.
(4)
Twin Arch Road: 35 miles per hour on Twin Arch Road
between Route 207 and the Hamptonburgh - New Windsor Town line, a
distance of 1.0 mile.
