Any full-time member of the Police Department who is first employed
by the Village of Quogue after the adoption date of this article (including
Sergeants, Lieutenants and Chief of Police) shall, as a condition
of employment, be required to reside within the boundaries of Southampton
Town, west of the Shinnecock Canal, upon completion of the probationary
period.
