The minor subdivision plat shall be based on
tax information at a scale of not less than one inch equals 100 feet,
prepared and certified to by a professional engineer or licensed surveyor
and complying with all other requirements of the Map Filing Law (N.J.S.A.
46:23-9.9), if applicable, to show the entire tract of which the subdivision
is a part, displaying the following details on maps cut to the following
sizes: 8 1/2 inches by 13 inches or 15 inches by 21 inches or
24 inches by 36 inches or 30 by 42 inches.
A. A key map showing the entire tract and its relation
to the surrounding areas.
B. The Tax Map sheet, block and lot number, data reference,
North arrow, graphic scale and the following names and addresses:
(1) The record owner or owners.
(3) The person who prepared the plat.
C. The names of all property owners, as shown on the
most recent municipal tax records, within 200 feet of property lines.
D. Acreage of the entire tract and the area of each proposed
lot. Lot areas shall be calculated exclusive of rights-of-way.
E. The bearing of all property lines, existing and proposed.
F. The land use zone or zones as shown in Chapter
150, Zoning.
G. Any easements, rights-of-way or other interests, existing
or proposed.
H. The location of all existing and proposed structures
and the distances of said structures from the existing property lines
and from any new lines sought to be established.

I. The location and size of all existing and proposed drainage structures. Proposed drainage shall be designed in accordance with the standards set forth in the New Jersey Residential Site Plan Improvement Standards, N.J.A.C. 5:21-1.1, and/or the requirements of Chapter
138, Stormwater Control, as applicable.

J. The location of all streams, lakes, ponds, swamps,
wooded areas, rock outcroppings, cliffs or slopes greater than 30%
and any other significant natural features.
K. The name of the street and the width of the rights-of-way
on which the property fronts.
L. A visually
acceptable aerial photograph of the subject property that shows the
area within 200 feet of the property in question, as well as indicating
a radius of 200 feet around the border of the subject property. The
applicant should note the source of the aerial photograph. The scale
should be a maximum of one inch equals 150 feet.

The preliminary plat shall be clearly and legibly
drawn or reproduced at a scale of not less than one inch equals 100
feet, shall be prepared and sealed by a professional engineer or land
surveyor licensed by the State of New Jersey and shall show or be
accompanied by the following information:
A. All of the information required for a minor subdivision
plat.
B. Contours, both existing and proposed, at two-foot
intervals.
C. The location and dimensions of all existing and proposed drainage facilities including all pipes, inlets, manholes, outlets, connections, dry wells and retention basins. All proposed stormwater control measures shall conform to the standards set forth in the New Jersey Residential Site Improvement Standards, N.J.A.C. 5:21-1.1, and/or the requirements in Chapter
138, Stormwater Control, as applicable.

D. Road design information consistent with the standards of §§
134-5 and
134-6 of Chapter
134, Streets and Sidewalks.
E. Soils data from the Soil Survey of Sussex County,
New Jersey, published by the United States Department of Agriculture
Soil Conservation Service, including suitability for septic effluent
disposal.
F. A copy of any protective covenants or deed restrictions
applying to the land to be subdivided.
G. Soil logs and percolation test results in locations
representative of the various soil conditions found on the site, with
design and recommendation of the Sussex County Board of Health for
septic fluid disposal.
H. Certification from the Tax Collector that all taxes
have been paid to date.
I. The proposed sequence of development.
J. A visually

area within 200 feet of the property in question, as well as indicating
