Trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors, tractor-trailer combinations having a gross vehicle weight in excess of 10,000 pounds are excluded from traveling on Mourningkill Drive in the Town of Ballston, Saratoga County, and State of New York.
B.
The Town of Ballston establishes a ten-ton weight limit on Ballston Avenue.
