[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
A. 
Violations of this chapter shall be considered traffic infractions and shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
B. 
In addition thereto, the town authorities shall have other remedies as are provided by law to restrain, correct or abate any violation of this chapter.
